We didn’t pick “200” randomly. Somewhere between busy days, missed water breaks, and “baad mein pee lungi”, we realised, we don’t really take care of something as basic as drinking water. 200 Sips is just a reminder. Not a rule. Not pressure. Just a small nudge to pause, take a sip, and come back to yourself.
One simple thought came up. Why do the smallest moments feel the most real? A cold drink on a quiet day. A late night with your favourite song playing. A random laugh that turns into a memory. That feeling, we wanted to keep it. That’s how 200 Sips started.
